• Prices for stay only in each apartment for one or two people. 10% VAT included.
• 50% of the total price for the stay must be paid to have the boking guaranteed.
• The payment will be charged on the credit card, for which credit card number, holder and validity date will have to be told, as well as the phone number of the person who is booking. It can also be done by bank account transfer. Transfer and card costs will be charged on the guest.
• The booking will be effective when Ureta Landa Country Apartment Guest House has received the payment of 50% of the booked stay, and it will be communicated via phone call or e-mail.
• Admissions will be between 16 and 20 hours, and exits before noon. The other 50% of the stay will be charged on arrival and a list of the room�s holdings will be given to the guest. A caution fee of 100� will also be asked. This will be returned on exit, after cheking the list of elements, the cleaning and possible harms to the room

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Special prices will be applied to companies and schools according to contract volume.
• Special prices for week-long stays or complete weekends and for companies.
• High Season: Easter, Bank Holidays, from June 15th to September 15th and from December 15th to January 10th.
• Low Season: rest of the year
• Closed for holidays: from January 11th to February 15th

CANCELLATIONS

• For shorter than 4 day bookings, up to 7 days before the expected arrival. For longer bookings, 15 days before the expected arrival.
• The booking cancellation will have to be communicated via phone call or e-mail, indicating the booking reference number.
• If the cancellation is done according to these conditions, the deposit will be returned via credit card.
• If the cancellation is not done inside the dates, there will be no refund of the deposit.

RENTING OF THE TXOKO

Lunches/ Dinners

• 80 � for up to 10 guests and 8 � for each additional guest, for up to 20 guests.
• To have the txoko exclusively for one group 300 �;

Timetables

• From 10:30 in the morning till 18:30.

RESERVATIONS

• The booking will be effective when Ureta Landa Rural Apartment Guest House has received the payment of 50% of the total rental price. The other 50% and the price of the products which have been asked at the time of the booking will be paid when entering the txoko and the guests will be handed a list of elements and products for them to be used and will be asked a deposit of 100� which will be returned on exit after having checked the inventary, the cleanliness and possible harms to the furniture.
• The booking cancellation will have to be communicated via phone call or e-mail at least 10 days before the booked date, indicating the booking reference number.
• If the cancellation is done according to these conditions, the deposit will be returned via credit card.

OTHER SERVICES

• Breakfast as an option, from 9:00 till 10:30 in the Txoko or under the grapevines, depending on the weather. Breakfast must be contracted a day before or when booking.
