STUDIOS
Ureta landa A.T. Rural Apartment Guest House, distributed in three floors, comprises:
- Reception.
- 8 studio apartments, one of them adapted for handicapped people.
- One gastronomic hall or txoko .
- Two exterior terraces, one in the entrance and another one on the top side.
- 9 parking spaces, one of them adapted for handicapped people.
- It is also equiped with geothermal heating and a lift.
The studios are endowed with wide windows, which not only add to the luminosity of the room, but also enhance the sensation of being inmersed in nature. The furniture and the decoration are simple and carefully chosen, in harmony with the building�s refurbished style.
Each studio is equiped with:
- Full kitchen, with induction plates, microwave-oven, fridge and dishwasher .
- All the necessary tools to cook are included, as well as dishes, cutlery and dining table.
- Their own bathroom.
- Double bed or double bed and sofa bed, with capacity for 2, 3 or 4 people.
- All of them have television and wifi connection.

With a double bed and a sofa bed or extra bed, for up to 3 people.
Studio 11-Sarasti
With a double bed and a sofa bed or extra bed, for up to 3 people.
Studio 12-Gorostidi
With a double bed and a sofa bed or extra bed, for up to 3 people.
Studio 13-Leizardi
With a double bed and sofa bed or extra family bed, for up to 4 people.
Studio 21-Hurresti
With a family bed, for up to 2 people.
Studio 22-Artadi
With a double bed and a sofa bed or extra bed, for up to 3 people.
Studio 23-Haresti
With a double bed and a sofa bed or extra bed, for up to 3 people.
Sstudio 24-Urkidi
With a double bed and sofa bed or extra family bed, for up to 4 people and adapted for handicapped people.
