As a farmhouse which has been refurbished and reconverted to studio type tourists appartments, inmersed in nature, in a nearby yet secluded place, near the Ureta river, it allows to observe and enjoy the diversity of the vegetation and trees in the surroundings and to watch the different bird types of the area.

Its location at the feet of one of the paths which go to Garboia and Sollube mountains, offers the chance to combine the waves or bathing at the E+ awarded Areaga beach in Bakio with walks to sites of extraordinary beauty, such as San Juan de Gaztelugatxe or the mountains in the area.
